These terms govern use of the Choreline website and marketplace. By using Choreline you agree to them.

The service

Choreline connects customers with independent local professionals. We are not the contractor for the underlying work unless expressly stated.

Quotes and bookings

Customers post jobs and receive quotes from professionals. You are free to accept or decline quotes. Any contract for work is between you and the professional, subject to these platform terms.

Payments

Where secure payment or escrow is offered, payment is taken through the platform and released in line with the service flow shown at checkout. Do not pay cash-in-hand for platform bookings where escrow is available.

Professionals

Professionals must provide accurate information, maintain required insurance and documents, and complete work with reasonable care and skill. Vetting status can be withdrawn for safety, fraud or quality concerns.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, submit false jobs, scrape the service, or attempt to bypass platform payments or vetting.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, Choreline is not liable for indirect losses or for the acts and omissions of independent professionals, except where the law says otherwise.
